Appetizers

Appetizers are typically passed by servers or available buffet-style

*Ahi Tuna on a wonton with a drizzle of wasabi aioli

*Caprese Salad Bites – sweet grape tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella on a bamboo pick with balsamic glaze

*Shrimp Ceviche –so refreshing served in square shot glasses with a cocktail fork

*Tropical Conch Salad- chopped Bahamian conch with peppers, onions, apple, mango and pineapple in fresh squeezed citrus juices. Served in small martini glasses with a cocktail forks

*Blue Crab Cakes- bite size crunchy blue crab filled cakes topped with a dollop of remoulade sauce

*Shrimp and Grits – our creamy grits topped with a shrimp with peppers and onions in a creamy creole sauce. Served in a shot glass or on a tasting spoon.

*Caramelized Onion and Bleu Cheese Crostini topped with a filet mignon bite.

*Gourmet fruit and cheese platter served with fine crackers.

*Jumbo Sweet Sea Scallops wrapped in pecan wood smoked bacon

*Shrimp Cocktail

*Puff pastry cups filled with a creamy mixture of gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, pecan wood smoked bacon, and baked golden brown.

*Shrimp or Conch Fritters- loaded with shrimp or conch- fried on site and served with remoulade and cocktail sauce.

*Margarita Grilled Shrimp- served on a bed of slaw with a jalapeno ranch dressing.

*Coconut Shrimp served with our pina colada dipping sauce.

*Thai Chili Chicken bites- panko encrusted chicken tossed in sweet Thai chili sauce.

*Gazpacho shooters- a cold refreshing vegetable soup with a little zing.

*Lamb meatballs with a cumin yogurt dipping sauce.

*Chicken Satay served with a Thai peanut sauce.

 Salads

*Morgan salad- mixed greens topped with mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, candied pecans and crumpled bleu cheese with raspberry vinaigrette.

*House salad- mixed greens topped with grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers and potato sticks.

*Greek salad- romaine topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, red onion, pepperoncini , feta cheese and Greek dressing .

*Hearts of Palm salad- hearts of palm marinated with onions and kalamata olives in a fresh basil vinaigrette over mixed greens.

*Caesar salad- homemade Caesar dressing and croutons mixed with parmesan cheese and romaine lettuce.

*Wedge salad- a wedge of fresh iceberg topped with pecan wood smoked bacon, grape tomatoes and our house made bleu cheese dressing with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.

*Caprese salad- heirloom tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella with balsamic reduction and olive oil.

 Entrees

*Seafood Trio- Shrimp, Scallops and littleneck clams in a pesto cream sauce served on a bed of angel hair pasta.

*Mahi Senator- Fresh caught mahi-mahi encrusted in almonds, sautéed and topped with mushrooms and scallions in garlic butter sauce. Snapper also available

*Churassco Steak-Marinated skirt steak grilled to perfection, served with homemade chimichurri sauce.

*Jamaican Jerk Crusted Pork -Tropical spiced pork rib eyes drizzled with a dark rum citrus glaze then finished with a fresh pineapple salsa.

*Sweet Seared Sea Scallops- Tender and succulent, jumbo sea scallops pan seared and served over a creamy shiitake mushroom risotto.

*Chicken Continental-Boneless chicken breast, panko encrusted and sautéed and topped with tomatoes, scallions, key lime butter sauce and parmesan cheese.

Continental also available in fish, conch, or shrimp.

*Land and Sea- A pecan wood smoked bacon wrapped filet mignon grilled to the temperature of choice and a sweet Florida lobster tail broiled with butter.

*Steak Diane- tender filet medallions grilled and topped with a mushroom, shallot and Dijon mustard, brandy butter sauce.

*Filet Mignon- charred, succulent beef topped with rich béarnaise sauce.

*Filet Mignon- topped with a cabernet mushroom demi-glace.

*Caribbean snapper- sautéed local snapper topped with banana and pineapple in a coconut rum butter sauce.

*Shrimp Key West- large shrimp sautéed in a fresh tomato basil cream sauce served over angel hair pasta.

*Chicken Marcella- Boneless chicken breast sautéed and topped with a rich Marcella wine mushroom sauce.

*Shrimp Scampi- Large pink shrimp sautéed in a delicious garlicky butter sauce over angel hair pasta.
